Hi, I’m Samantha Tancosh, a Creative Director shaping brands through elevated design, compelling storytelling, and consumer-first creative strategy.

For more than 15 years, I've partnered with some of the world's most recognizable fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, leading creative from concept to execution across integrated campaigns, brand identity, ecommerce, retail, social, packaging, video, and experiential. Throughout my career, I've directed hundreds of photo and video shoots, led large-scale brand refreshes, and built visual systems that create consistency across every customer touchpoint.

I believe the strongest creative comes from balancing intuition with strategy. I'm passionate about mentoring teams, building collaborative creative cultures, and transforming insights into ideas that inspire action and deliver measurable results. Whether launching a new brand platform or refining the smallest design detail, I approach every project with curiosity, optimism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring the outdoors with my Bernese Mountain Dog, Bailey, planning my next trip (I've visited six continents and counting), or discovering new creative projects that keep me inspired.
